What we grow and produce

Pasture raised eggs

Our hens roam free over more than 100 acres of land, protected by our team of Maremma dogs.

Our hens are cared for using a rotational grazing method. This means our hens and their houses (where they perch at night) are moved to different areas of the farm regularly to ensure continuous ground cover for the hens to graze, whilst allowing the previous area of vegetation to recover.

This method also allows hens to behave naturally; i.e foraging for bugs, seeds and worms and frolicking in the sun.

Black Angus Beef

Raised right here on Amberly Farm, our black angus cattle are 100% grass fed, chemical and hormone free.

Available in bulk discount boxes or at the micro-market.

Ma’s homemade pantry range

Ma, aka Carol, the matriarch of Amberly.

Known for her generosity and even more generous style of cooking, Ma would never let anything go to waste. So when we had a surplus of Kumquats in our tree at the farmhouse, we thought we’d share some of her marmalade with the people of Canberra.

Consequently, we were approached with requests for Ma’s famous Chilli Jam - and other items that have been popular amongst family and friends over the years. Stay tuned for more, soon to come to Ma’s range.
