# End User License Agreement — Bill Importer

## 1. Purpose

Bill Importer is a private, internal tool built for Amberly Farm's own bookkeeping. It is not distributed, licensed, or made available to any other business or member of the public. It connects exclusively to the QuickBooks Online company owned and operated by Amberly Farm.

## 2. Scope of use

By using Bill Importer, you acknowledge that:

- This application is for internal use by Amberly Farm and its authorized personnel only.
- It is not sold, sublicensed, or distributed to third parties.
- It connects to QuickBooks Online via Intuit's Accounting API, using OAuth 2.0, solely to read and write accounting data (vendors, bills, classes, accounts, tax codes) belonging to Amberly Farm's own company.
- No other Intuit/QuickBooks company is accessed by this application.

## 3. Data handling

- Bill and receipt documents (PDF/image) are processed using Anthropic's Claude API to extract structured data (vendor, dates, line items, amounts, GST).
- Extracted data is used solely to create Bill records in Amberly Farm's QuickBooks Online company.
- No data collected or processed by this application is sold, rented, or shared with any third party other than the service providers necessary to operate the application (Intuit/QuickBooks and Anthropic), as described in the accompanying Privacy Policy.

## 4. No warranty

This application is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Amberly Farm and its operators make no guarantee of fitness for any particular purpose. Users are responsible for reviewing all data created in QuickBooks Online before relying on it for financial reporting or compliance purposes.

## 5. Changes

This agreement may be updated as the application evolves. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the then-current agreement.
